It is equipped with bunk beds, mattresses, bed linens, showers, sinks, telephone, wifi, etc., and enjoys mobile phone coverage. The most common access on foot starts from the parking lot of the Arinsal sector, of the Vallnord-Pal Arinsal ski resort, where the path to the Trout Lake is taken. The refuge, located within the Comapedrosa natural park, is one of the waypoints of the GRT (Transfronterer), the GRP (Principat), and the GR 11, in addition to being one of the start/end points of the Coronallacs circular route.
