Pic del Solà d'Erts

Route: Linear path along well-marked trails with yellow dots and GR points (white-and-red), a route without many difficulties although the terrain is demanding. We will spend almost the entire route in the forest except for the first section which we will have to climb along the road les Feixes. Notes: We can park the car in the blue zone of the road or at the parking lot at the beginning of the road to Mas de Ribafeta. The path inside the forest will be cool and humid, we will be well protected by the trees, it is a good option for hot days. We will not find water along the entire route. Ascent: We will leave the village of Arinsal, along the path of Carrera Plana, we will climb this cobbled path and then continue up the road les Feixes which will take us to the start of the communal path of Coll de les Cases. We will climb for quite a while and once we reach the Coll we will turn right onto the path of Jou which will take us to the Summit of Solà d'Erts, this summit is not marked with landmarks, but it is a very pleasant and quiet place to visit. Descent: The descent will follow the same path we took on the way up.
