Estanys Forcats

The Estanys de Forcats are a group of three glacial lakes located within the Comapedrosa Natural Park at an altitude of 2,630 meters; they are among the highest lakes in the principality. They are dominated by two of the seven Andorran peaks that exceed 2,900 m in altitude: the Médécourbe peak (2,913 m) and the Roca Entravessada (2,928 m). The Franco-Andorran and Hispano-Andorran borders are each about a few hundred meters from the lakes.
